first time?

How do I get to Messiah?

We are located at 6215 Rolling Road in Springfield, VA 22152. Directions and Map

What time should I arrive?

Sunday services begin at 8:15, 9:30, and 11 am and Sunday School for all ages is available at 9:30 and 11 am. We suggest that you plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for parking and finding your way around. Members of our Welcoming Team are here to guide you in finding Sunday School, restrooms, and other needs (like coffee and baked goods!)

Once I arrive, where do I park?

We’ve been expecting you! From the moment you pull in at Messiah we’re glad to have you here and we want to get to know you. Feel free to park in one of our marked visitor spaces reserved just for you (they are just past the circle on the right)! If the lot is completely full, head out the driveway and park on Roxbury, or turn right onto Roxbury, then right on Winslow, then right on Carrleigh Parkway, and right on Traford Lane. The Traford office complex on your right has parking available and there is a gate through which you can access the church.

Where is the Nursery?

Our nursery is located on the lower level in the CEP wing. Members of our Welcoming Team will be at the front entrance to direct you and your family to the Nursery and Children's Sunday School classrooms. Nursery care is available all morning. We have vibrating pagers that we'll give you in case of an emergency.

Where is the Sanctuary?

As you walk in the front entrance, the Sanctuary will be to your right. If you come in through the back lobby, you'll go up one flight of stairs to the nursery, and two flights to the sanctuary level. Head left at the top of the stairs and follow the hallway all the way down to the front lobby. The sanctuary will be on the far end of the front lobby.

What should I wear?

At Messiah, you'll see all sorts of attire. Some men are in coat and tie, others in slacks and polo shirts with a sport jacket. Women are in casual dresses or pants. What's important is that you have joined us for worship, not what you wear.
